About the Role
We are looking for a senior Laravel engineer to design, build and maintain the backend of our HRM and CRM products. You will lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers and ship reliable features end to end.
What You'll Do
Design and build scalable backend services in Laravel.
Review code and mentor junior engineers.
Own features from database schema through API to release.
Improve performance, reliability and test coverage.
What We're Looking For
4+ years building production PHP/Laravel applications.
Strong grasp of MySQL, queues and RESTful API design.
Experience with automated testing and CI.
Clear written and verbal communication.
